Welcome to our newsletter! This past year at Slug-A-Bug we have seen tremendous growth as a company. We are expanding our staff and facilities but as always, at the top of our list of priorities is you, our customers. We greatly value the ability to serve you and want to keep in touch in a way that is meaningful and helpful. Therefore, we have created this new newsletter as a means of touching base with you, our valued customers. We won’t email often, but when we do, rest assured it will contain just the most relevant, timely information that matters you, our valued customers. Our first two newsletter previews offered free tickets to a ballgame and a comedy show, so be sure to add: [email protected] to your address book to be sure these notifications don’t get inadvertently blocked.
Well, I don’t know about you, but this year has been a blur! We have seen double-digit numbers in growth and our callback rate continues to decline. Our reviews are up and we have once again earned our good standing as an Angie’s List Super Service Award for 2014. In October, we partnered with Centurian Services to further service a growing demand for rodent and wildlife exclusion services and in September, we added a tenth route to our pest control team and a seventh lawn route. Some customers may have noticed a new Route Manager assigned to manage their property. Rest assured this will not impact the high level of service that you receive; all of our employees receive regular, ongoing training in GIBMP (Green Industries Best Management Practices) and Slug-A-Bug Core Values.
This coming year, we are resolving to improve our client experience. In fact, we have created an entire department around this commitment. We have also resolved to become a greener, more environmentally-friendly company by utilizing Florida Friendly Fertilizer® that is 73% slow release and as always, we continue to test new products that require less impact on the environment.
As we ring in the New Year, I sincerely want to thank you for your business and for allowing us to serve you. If there is anything that we can do to help you with your pest control needs, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
May God bless you in this New Year.
