    Slug-A-bug was very quick to schedule us in and very prompt showing up. Cole did a great job communicating the process & what steps will be taken to help resolve any pest issues.     I just had my 2-story townhouse-style duplex tented for dry wood termites, and I just want everyone to know what a blessing Slug-A-Bug’s representative Angel has been! Every single worry and concern I had was addressed with promptness, kindness and respect, no matter how trivial the question (“Angel, I have a flat roof! What happens if a big rainstorm comes… will the tent on top hold a bunch of water…9+ tons of it!…and cause my roof to collapse?”). He handled every question, every panicky thought I had, more than just professionally: he handled it all with grace and reassurance.     Ed came for our quarterly pest control. He sprayed all around our house but missed the lanai due to a miscommunication by my husband. When I sent him a text, he returned to inspect and treat the lanai. He provided excellent customer service!
