The program creates a supportive, non-judgmental environment, and depending on the needs of the employee, Marketplace Chaplains are available both on and off the job-site. Supplying stress-management techniques and support, the chaplains will visit hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes or anywhere else they are needed. These services are available to all employees and immediate family 24/7/365. They are voluntary and confidential.

Marketplace Chaplains are also dedicated to building strong personal relationships with employees to create a supportive work environment and assist in conflict resolution at the workplace. Through regular visits, Marketplace Chaplains build trusting bonds and establish meaningful connections with employees who are struggling or simply need someone to talk to.
