    Recently purchased home.  We continued with services that prior owner had used.
Checked out Slug-A-Bug on neighbor's recommendation.  Sighned up for lawn and house service. So glad we did.   More service for less money!
Had our first house pest service by Chris.  Wow, he did as I asked with the pest spray (we prefer none in house).  He also dusted the pool cage and lanai cobwebs!  (not something our prior service did)

    So far, it's been a great experience. My lawn was beginning to suffer and die from chinch bugs and become overrun with weeds. An appointment was made and Sam showed up on time and quoted a reasonable price for the service needed, and followed up with a text with the spray tech's name and number. Brandon, the spray tech, texted me the day he would be here and texted again the day of, to let me know the time.  Brandon is an absolute treasure for this company.  He was friendly, personable, patient with my questions and EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the products used. I learned alot of information and appreciate greatly his taking the time to explain all aspects of this process.     I contacted Slug-A-Bug with the need for immediate pest control for a short-term rental property with guests arriving that afternoon. Because the technician serving the area was booked, Randy, the manager, made the extra effort to take care of the issues himself. He showed up within an hour and spent over an hour treating our problem, springtails. Prompt and efficient service going the extra mile to take care of our problem the same day.
