Whether you’re a commercial or residential customer, you probably consider ants on the premises a major nuisance. At Slug-A-Bug, we control them placing special granules around the nesting areas.
Ants don’t actually eat the granules, because they’re solids. Instead, they feed them to the larvae which, in turn, convert them into a liquid that the ants consume and share with the queen. That’s how the bait is passed around in the colony.
Also, note in this video (below) how fire ants can take up residence on your property without creating a noticeable mound. Sometimes, they’ll nest under a rock or patio block where you never see them.
