Steve Lum

President

With Slug-A-Bug since July 1987 Steve is a licensed Pest Control Operator who started as a technician with Slug-A-Bug in 1987 and became company President in 2005. He has served the Florida Pest Management Association (FPMA) many years in a number of leadership positions, including President. From 2003 to 2012, Steve alternated between Region Director and Region Administrator positions. He sat on the Executive Committee from 2013 to 2017 and became President of the State Association in 2018. The FPMA has honored Steve as its Director of the Year twice in five years.

Michael Scott

Vice President

With Slug-A-Bug since November 2003 Michael is Quality Pro Certified. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. His experience in public/private accounting and taxes spans more than 35 years.

Elliot Zace

General Manager

With Slug-A-Bug since July 2012 Elliot is a board member of the Florida Pest Management Association. He is state certified in Lawn and Ornamental and licensed in General Household Pests. In addition to being Quality Pro Certified, Elliot is a Green Industries Best Management Practices instructor.

Stephanie Brinson

Office Manager

With Slug-A-Bug since July 2005 Stephanie has a bachelor of arts degree in business organizational management. Quality Pro Certified, she is a member and former Assistant Director of the Florida Pest Management Association.

Scott Timney

Sales Manager

With Slug-A-Bug since September 2000 Scott is Quality Pro Certified and a member of the Florida Pest Management Association. He holds a bachelor of science and arts degree in political science and international affairs from Florida State University.

Charles Fair

Lawn Department Manager

With Slug-A-Bug since October 2018 Charles is Quality Pro Certified. An industry professional since September 2000, he is also state certified in Lawn and Ornamental and licensed in General Household Pests.

Randy Darrah

Pest Department Manager

With Slug-A-Bug since August 2012 Randy is an Associate Certified Entomologist and is state-certified in General Household Pests and Termite. He is also Quality Pro Certified.

Mike Lacy

Rodent Dept Manager

With Slug-A-Bug since March 2015 Michael started his career in pest control in 1998. He is Quality Pro Certified, Quality Green Certified and Quality Schools Certified.

Dave Laster`

Termite Department Manager

With Slug-A-Bug since September 1996 Dave started his career in pest control in 1982. Since then, he has obtained certification in General Household Pest Control, Lawn and Ornamental, Subterranean Termite and Tent Fumigation. He has also attended termite management classes at the University of Florida.
