Special bait gives technicians an inside scoop

Slug-A-Bug keeps up with the latest technology in pest control to provide the best service possible to customers. In this episode of Bug Bites, we learn about a bioluminescent bait that technicians deploy in areas where homeowners suspect there are unwelcome visitors. A black light reveals what happens to the bait once an animal chews and eats it.

A number of different animals commonly intrude into a home. Rodents are among the most common, because they are able to gain entry through such small cracks and holes. Also common are bats, squirrels and raccoons. They often enter a house for shelter or to give birth.
